Job Title: Program/Transformation manager Transformation Manager Job Summary: The Transformation Manager is responsible for overseeing all key projects within the organization, ensuring that they align with company goals and deliver value. This role involves working with project leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional business teams to define program objectives, create schedules, monitor progress, manage risks, remediate and intervene on the delay and ensure successful completion within budget and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Program Planning and Strategy
- Define the program’s scope, objectives, and outcomes in alignment with company goals.
- Work with stakeholders to develop a clear and achievable roadmap.
- Coordinate resource allocation and manage program budgets.
- Project Coordination
- Oversee and support project managers on each project within the program, ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Facilitate communication between teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach.
- Regularly monitor project progress, risks, and milestones, implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Stakeholder Management
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations, deliver updates, and gather feedback.
- Serve as a point of escalation for issues and challenges.
- Communicate program goals, status updates, and key results to senior leadership.
- Risk Management
- Identify potential risks across the program, developing strategies to mitigate or manage them.
- Monitor program risks continuously, making adjustments as necessary to avoid delays and ensure quality.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure each project within the program meets quality standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits, ensuring deliverables align with company and program standards.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Track and report on program performance, KPIs, and progress toward goals.
- Use data to inform decision-making, adjusting program strategies as necessary.
- Prepare and deliver regular program updates and reports for leadership.
- Coordinate and be the lead in steering committee for timely monitoring and intervention.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus). Lean six signa qualification will be given preference Experience: 5-8 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a similar industry. Reporting to: Financial Controller Key requirements:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana). Key Skills:
