This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals currently working within Michelin-starred Japanese restaurants who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading high-performing teams, and maintaining the highest international service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure excellence in service delivery and guest satisfaction. Maintain Michelin-level operational and service standards. Drive team performance through coaching, development, and leadership. Ensure exceptional guest engagement and personalized service experiences. Manage staffing, scheduling, workforce planning, and operational efficiency.

Monitor productivity, profitability, and service quality. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, compliance, and workplace safety. Collaborate closely with culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver world-class dining experiences. Support business growth initiatives and continuous operational improvement. Candidate Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who: ✔ Are currently working, or have very recently worked, in a managerial capacity within a Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant.

✔ Possess strong leadership and team management experience. ✔ Have a deep understanding of Japanese fine dining service standards. ✔ Demonstrate exceptional guest relations and communication skills. ✔ Are fluent in English and either Cantonese or Mandarin. ✔ Japanese language proficiency would be highly advantageous. ✔ Have experience managing luxury hospitality environments with demanding service expectations.
