Key Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all students, parents, and visitors at the front desk. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students and their families to enhance engagement and retention. Convert enquiries into enrollments through effective consultations and a customer-focused sales approach.

Identify and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities across courses, programs, and additional services. Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students and encourage renewals and continued enrolment from existing students. Consistently deliver exceptional customer service while achieving individual and team sales targets.

Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to support business growth. Conduct sales consultations and present the company's programs and services in a professional and engaging manner.

Prepare quotations, proposals, enrolment documentation, and sales agreements accurately and promptly. Negotiate with prospective clients and successfully close sales opportunities. Maintain regular communication with leads and clients throughout the sales journey to ensure a positive customer experience. Accurately update and maintain customer information, interactions, and sales activities within the CRM system.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with academic and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit regular sales, pipeline, and performance reports to management.

Requirements

Native or fluent Russian speaker. Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level). Freshers in Dubai are welcome to apply, or candidates with at least two years of direct sales experience. Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Presentable, with excellent front desk and customer service abilities.

Confident and professional communicator. Proficient in Microsoft Windows and CRM systems. Proactive, flexible, target-oriented, and self-motivated. Willing to work weekdays and weekends on rotating shifts (9:00 AM–6:00 PM and 12:00 PM–9:00 PM) in line with the JLT branch operational schedule. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Previous experience in a language center is preferred; teaching experience is considered an advantage.
