Job description
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for reviewing project drawings and specifications and quantifying the necessary labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the project. You will utilize technological tools and software to perform quantity take-offs and assign these quantities to their respective grouping within an overall building estimate template.
You will work with internal team members as well as subcontractors and trade partners to develop a complete estimate a various phase of design (i.e. conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documents). In this role, you will support construction operations with subcontractor outreach, scope review, and overall development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
