Job Description: CRM & Growth Associate Experience : 1–3 Year s Locatio n: Bangalore (In Offic e) Too ls: Clever. Tap, GA4, SQL, Apps. Flyer/Branch (Attribution), Cpaas platforms such as gupshup/ka rix Role Over view. We are looking for two data-driven CRM & Growth Associates to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of retention strategies, using automated lifecycle journeys to drive repeat behavior and minimize churn.

Tap or pulling raw data via SQL to find your next growth lever, you’ll be at the heart of our customer's post-install experiece Key Responsibilites Lifecycle Manage ment: Design, deploy, and optimize cross-channel campaigns (Push, Email, In-app, SMS, and WhatsApp) u sing Clever.
Tap. Growth Experimenta tion: Run A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, creative assets, and journey flows to improve CTRs and Conversion Rates Attribution & Analy tics: Track user journeys from acquisition to retention u sin g GA4 and attribution tools (e.g., Apps. Flyer/Branch) to identify high-value cohorts.
Data Anal ysis: Write basic to intermed iate SQL qu eries to segment users, analyze campaign performance, and generate actionable insights without waiting for the BI Team. Retention Stra tegy: Work on churn prediction models and win-back loops to increase the Lifetime Value (LTV) of our user base. Collabora tion: Coordinate with Design and Content teams to ensure brand-consistent messaging that resonates with specific user segments Core Skills Exper ience: 1–3 years in a CRM, Retention, or Growth Marketing role (B2C/E-commerce/Fintech preferred) Tool Profic iency: Hands-on experience with Cle ver.
Tap (Journeys, Segments, Liquid tags) is a must. Analytical Mi ndset: Comfortable navig ati ng GA4 dashboards and understanding attribution models. Technical S kills: Ability to write SQL q ueries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE) to pull and filter user data. Curi osity: A natural "tinkerer" who looks at a drop in the funnel and wants to fin d o ut why it happened.
