Job description You are going to join the Operations & Services Department of BOC Paris Branch as Loan Operations Assistant. Ideal for recent graduates or those seeking their first professional experience. Responsible for receiving loan transaction task orders and verifying whether the execution conditions for loan transactions are satisfied; Process new loan withdrawals, repayments, settlements, adjustments, transfers, fund allocations to participating banks, fee charges, account information modifications, extensions, and other transactions in the BL, CCMS, and LIMS systems based on the task orders; Monitor loan funds and notify of any insufficiencies; Ensure mutual verification of the aforementioned operations; Responsible for proposing optimization requirements and conducting testing and validation for loan system modules such as CCMS, LIMS, and BOCS within the scope of responsibilities; Complete other tasks assigned by the department head.
Your qualifications are : Minimum Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) Bilingual in English and Chinese, with a good command of French Strong sense of responsibility with excellent attention to detail and strict adherence to processes and SOPs Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication skills Good team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
