Team Leader Press - 1st Shift - Bilingual is a plus

Under the direct supervision of the Area Manager, will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the overall daily functions of the team to meet production and plant-wide goals which will include running/building parts. Will be responsible for leading daily team meetings in planning and communicating the team activities for the shift.

Must build and maintain a team environment for each designated core group. Will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the area through cost savings, MOS, and Lean Measurables. Will ensure administrative duties are completed in an accurate and timely manner, uptime sheets, production logs, tags, operator instructions, efficiency reports, etc.
