Language Link Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to take over an established and fully developed caseload at one of our partner ABA centers located in Lauderhill. This position offers a consistent, structured schedule working with pediatric patients in a collaborative, team-based environment. The SLP will work alongside ABA providers, caregivers, and other professionals to deliver integrated, high-quality care focused on early intervention and functional outcomes.
Schedule Primary Schedule (4 days per week): 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM at ABA center (Lauderhill) Optional Additional Hours: Early morning preschool/daycare sessions Typically between 8:30/9:00 AM – 10:30 AM What We Offer Established caseload Consistent hours in a single primary location Collaborative model working alongside ABA teams and occupational therapists Strong administrative and onboarding support Opportunity to increase hours with additional morning sessions Paid no show and documentation time Responsibilities Provide speech therapy services to pediatric patients (ages 2–10) Deliver one-on-one services within an ABA center setting Collaborate with ABA providers, educators, and caregivers Complete documentation and progress notes Participate in care planning and team communication Location Lauderhill, FL Schedule Type Part-time or full-time equivalent (4-day structured schedule with optional additional hours) Requirements Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license CCCs preferred (CFY considered) Experience working with pediatric populations, including children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment Benefits Benefit package available for full-time employees.
