The Enterprise Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for key Client accounts within ODW Logistics, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong client relationships, high level Contract Logistics collaboration (as applicable), and continued business growth. This role is responsible for managing complex, high-value accounts that require strategic oversight, including business reviews, multi-site coordination, network optimization, and financial performance management.
