Job description
You’ll be the main point of contact for customers placing concrete ready-mix orders, guiding them from order placement through delivery. You’ll work closely with Sales, Dispatch, plant teams, and field crews to manage order details, changes, and scheduling while keeping customers informed. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly by supporting efficient truck scheduling, communicating material and volume needs, and maintaining accurate documentation and COD payments.
Fluency in English and Spanish and strong knowledge of the Colorado Front Range are key to success in this role.
