Job description
The Trainer will hold responsibility for the onboarding training for new associates to drive consistent safety, quality, and compliance processes according to ODW standards. The Training Lead will be the point of contact for associates to successfully meet daily production goals while preventing mistakes and safety incidents.
The Training Lead will work closely with operations leads and management.
