We are looking for someone to fill a Universal Banker role in our Worthington, MN Market. This person will be interacting with our clients daily and must have exceptionally high-quality customer service skills. As you get to know our clients, you would be asked to listen and identify opportunities to gain further business growth opportunities for American Bank & Trust.
Individuals with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills will best succeed and grow into larger roles. Because we are a financial institution, this position must be filled by someone who follows strong ethics and maintains confidentiality of customer information.
