Your Mission is as the Office Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Cairo office. You'll ensure the workplace is organized, well-stocked, welcoming, and functioning efficiently while coordinating with vendors and supporting internal office needs. Working Days: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM What You’ll Own Oversee the daily operations of the Cairo office and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, and place orders when needed. Coordinate with vendors, maintenance providers, cleaners, and building management. Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and ready for use. Welcome visitors and assist with office logistics. Coordinate office deliveries, shipments, and courier services.
Support the planning and execution of internal events, team gatherings, and office celebrations. Handle basic administrative tasks, including invoices, purchase requests, and office expense tracking. Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and coordinate repairs when necessary. Maintain a safe, clean, and positive working environment.
Assist the People team with onboarding logistics, including preparing workstations and welcome kits for new hires.
Who You Are
2+ years of experience in Office Management, Administration, Workplace Experience, or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Comfortable coordinating with multiple vendors and service providers.
