Job description
Manage and monitor manufacturing operations related to the assigned area. Ensure production processes are carried out as per defined standards and specifications. Monitor production quality, efficiency, and process parameters. Identify process issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution. Support production planning and ensure adherence to production schedules.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments. Maintain production records and prepare operational reports. Identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement. Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures. Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of manufacturing issues.
Requirements
3–8 years of experience in a manufacturing company. Experience in the fastener, engineering, metal, or related manufacturing industry will be preferred. Strong technical and manufacturing process knowledge. Good problem-solving and analytical abilities. Knowledge of production systems and quality standards. Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a plant environment.
Qualifications
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant discipline preferred.
