Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent market dynamics Ensure smooth Recruitment experience by coordinating on various recruitment activities.
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies Proven experience or understanding of sourcing and talent screening processes. Strong project management capabilities and savvy in organizing multiple tasks.
- Confident in communication and building relationships with stakeholders and candidates at all levels. Adept at leveraging social media and professional networks for candidate engagement.
