Job description

Senior Change Manager will support large-scale business transformation initiatives. This role sits within a central Transformation function and works closely with senior leadership to ensure change is successfully implemented, embedded, and sustained across the organization. This is a hands-on change role for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, translating strategy into execution, and enabling real behavioral and process change.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of change management strategies aligned with transformation and business objectives. Risk & Adoption Management: Identify resistance, risks, and acceleration opportunities, and implement mitigation plans to drive adoption. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver clear, compelling change communications.

Change Impact & Implementation: Conduct change impact assessments and support the embedding of new processes, systems, and ways of working. Training & Capability Building: Define training needs and deliver practical learning interventions to enable leaders and teams as change champions. Data, Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs and use basic analytics to track adoption, effectiveness, and progress of change initiatives.

Community & Network Enablement: Build and manage super-user communities and field networks to sustain change. Continuous Improvement: Capture feedback, document lessons learned, and continuously refine change approaches.

Requirements

5–7+ years of change management experience in: a business environment and/or consulting firm complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders Proven experience implementing, training, and embedding process changes (planning → execution → monitoring) Strong understanding of change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci) Basic data literacy: KPI design, simple analysis, dashboard requirements Knowledge of process improvement (Lean / Agile) and digital initiatives (e.

g. CRM, RPA, AI, automation tools) Experience in community management (super-user networks, field communities, champions) Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, matrixed environments Education Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Economics, Finance, or related) MBA or relevant Master’s preferred Benefits High visibility within a transformation agenda Strong exposure to senior leadership Opportunity to drive real, measurable change Broad scope across people, process, and digital transformation Remote/hybrid available
