Job description
The Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician is a physician licensed to practice medicine in the state of Ohio and Michigan and is responsible for providing the medical care and treatment to patients in the Hospice and Palliative Care programs. This position also assists with medical student/resident education and provides community education and outreach in the medical community.
