Production Coordinator

We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in the success of our roofing projects.

This position is critical in ensuring that every job runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll be the behind-the-scenes force managing materials, timelines, communication, and logistics between vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors. What You’ll Do: Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement.

Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan. Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners. Support project managers in overcoming challenges and keeping work on track. Assist the sales team with post-sale follow-up and coordination. Keep detailed records and ensure documentation is organized and up-to-date.

Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards. Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership Who You Are: Experienced with Service Titan or similar project management tools. Organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple tasks at onceA clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
