Job description
The Resident Services Specialist assists all Health and Wellness programs in assigned communities and is responsible for supporting communities to reach or exceed Savant standards of care and all applicable regulations. The RSS provides clinical consultation on complex care plans or conditions, while maintaining accountability in the community for resident safety and wellbeing.
The RSS utilizes key metrics, fundamentals of clinical systems management, evidence-based practice, and Company policies and procedures to support Health and Wellness performance. The RSS will work directly with Wellness Directors and Executive Directors to ensure delivery of care services occurs at the highest standard.
