Full-time, 80 hours/pay period Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. After hours & weekend work may be required Hybrid requiring work onsite 2 days per week. Must live within 100 miles of Mankato
The Clinical Systems Developer Lead designs, codes, tests, and analyzes software programs and applications, managing the full production lifecycle from specification through deployment. This position develops and maintains internally built applications and databases, resolves software errors in a timely fashion, and collaborates with clinical and administrative stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement. The role requires a highly detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills who can independently manage and prioritize tasks across multiple concurrent projects.
