School Age Site Aide- Western YMCA Family Location

As a member of the Before & After Care Enrichment team, the School Age Aide assists the School Age Assistant/Coordinator within assigned group(s) to create and implement development-based programs for children ranging from 5 to 12 years old. School Age Aides address the emotional, cognitive, social, and physical needs of both individual and groups of children while effectively communicating with parents.

The School Age Aide must always be under the direct observation of at least a School Age Assistant and may not be alone with children. Shift: Monday-Friday (afternoon) 2:30pm-6:00pm
