Job description
The Employer Partnership Manager is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of employer partnerships, workforce development initiatives, and employment placement services for New Freedom members. This position leads efforts to build sustainable employment pathways, expand employer relationships, improve job placement outcomes, and align workforce opportunities with vocational training and member recovery goals.
The Employer Partnership Manager serves as a key liaison between New Freedom, employer partners, workforce agencies, and community stakeholders while providing leadership, guidance, and accountability for employment-focused initiatives and staff.
