Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards. Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service. Take customer orders accurately and process payments. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, equipment, and workstations. Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally. Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Currently residing in Saudi Arabia (Local Transfer only). Preferred nationalities: Filipino, Indian, Nepali, and Bangladeshi. Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred. Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid transferable Iqama.
