Job description
• Implement and manage project activities in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategies for community engagement and program outreach.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Support fundraising initiatives and donor relations by providing relevant program information and insights.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience within the NGO or Non-Profit sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the non-profit landscape and regulatory requirements in India.
- A strong passion for social impact and a commitment to humanitarian principles.
