岗位职责 / Duties: 1.负责 Keeta配送调度场景优化和运营工作，包括时间预估、配送区域优化、路径规划等，优化配送效率及体验促进订单规模增长； 2.能够主动使用各种分析方法，结合对于业务的认知，提出创造性的业务优化方案，包括但不限于策略运营方案、产品迭代思路及业务模式优化方案； 3.对现有的调度策略进行思考，监控关键指标，赋能本地运营。
- Responsible for optimizing and managing Keeta’s delivery dispatch scenarios, including supply-demand matching, delivery area optimization, route planning, etc., to improve delivery efficiency and user experience, and to drive order volume growth;
- Proactively applies various analytical methods, combined with business understanding, to propose creative business optimization solutions, including but not limited to strategic operations plans, product iteration ideas, and business model improvements;
- Evaluates existing dispatch strategies, monitors key metrics, and empowers local operations.
