National Sales Account Coordinator - Telemundo (Tbo)

We are seeking a qualified, passionate, organized, and driven National Account Coordinator for Gray’s Telemundo Affiliate Station Group consisting of 46 affiliates across the country. This media professional will work out of Gray’s HQ, which is in Atlanta, GA. The Account Coordinator will assist our Regional Sales Executives in transactional support and be responsible for the overall administrative sales duties.

Key tasks include entering orders, creating packages, assisting with make-goods, communicating commercial airtimes, coordinating ad copy, responding to incoming requests, getting credit approvals, and following up on invoice discrepancies/collections. This is a demanding position in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment involving all platforms (Linear TV and Digital).
