Job description

ACG_3680_JOB Our client is a top-notch company specialized in gems and jewellery who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Brand Strategy Planning, Positioning, and Communications Crisis Management Lead the planning of short-, medium-, and long-term marketing strategies aligned with strategic objectives, while shaping brand architecture and brand identity standards.

Direct major integrated communications campaigns and establish and maintain the brand’s market-leading position. Lead the handling of communications crises. Creative and Content Direction Lead the establishment of consistent brand identity standards and define the creative direction for content, visuals, and brand storytelling.

Approve core creative outputs. Provide strategic direction for content development across all communication channels and take responsibility for the consistency and standards of all public-facing communication messages. Marketing and Trade Promotion Management Lead the planning and approval of demand generation programs and multi-channel activation activities.

Establish and control the implementation of display standards, POSM, and marketing materials across the entire system. Establish and direct the implementation of marketing campaigns to increase traffic. Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, and E-commerce Management Manage the digital marketing strategy and direct the implementation of performance-based marketing campaigns to attract high-quality traffic at optimal cost.

Drive e-commerce revenue and optimize user experience (UX/UI) across online sales platforms. Establish O2O cross-measurement mechanisms and optimize the omnichannel conversion funnel. Customer Experience and Mar. Tech Management Lead the planning and standardization of customer experience metrics across touchpoints, and implement service improvement solutions to enhance customer retention.

Manage the call center system and standardize processes for receiving and handling service complaints. Architect the marketing technology ecosystem, operate and leverage CRM, enhance large-scale consumer behavior insights, and implement automated marketing scenarios. Budget, People, and Culture Development Management Develop and manage the Division’s budget plan and optimize costs.

Build the organizational structure, define functions and responsibilities, plan workforce headcount, and assign tasks to employees. Establish a performance evaluation system and drive the performance of subordinate employees. Recruit, train, coach, and develop team capabilities, while building a succession pipeline. Lead by example, communicate, and encourage the team to practice the organization’s core values and cultural values; handle conflicts and strengthen team engagement.

Requirements

Knowledge Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines. Deep knowledge of both disciplines: Brand Equity building and data-driven growth funnel optimization, including Growth Hacking and Performance Marketing. Strong understanding of large-scale retail chain operations, e-commerce business models, and Mar.

Tech/CRM systems. Deep understanding of consumer behavior across different customer segments and the specific characteristics of the gold, silver, and jewelry market. Attitude and Personal Attributes Customer-centric mindset. Willingness to experiment with new approaches and flexibility to adapt to changes in digital algorithms and market dynamics.

Data-driven mindset, with decisions made based on metrics and data. Strong sense of ownership and high commitment to achieving objectives. Discipline, objectivity, and absolute integrity, with the Company’s overall interests placed above all else. Skills Strategic thinking skills, with strong artistic and aesthetic sensitivity as well as sharp data analytical capabilities.

Financial management skills and the ability to optimize return on investment (ROI). Ability to handle brand communications crises and digital operational incidents. Leadership, inspirational, conflict resolution, and people development skills. Management Habits Review real-time metrics simultaneously at the beginning of each day.

Maintain a regular schedule for market visits. Randomly listen to customer complaint calls to continuously improve the customer experience journey. Maintain regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports and monitor the daily implementation of corporate culture.
