Director of Community-based Hospice, Full-time

This role will provide supervisory oversight to Community Based Hospice (CBH) team including contracted services, pharmacy, DME and therapies. This position is responsible for ensuring that CBH team is in full compliance with all regulatory requirements and accepted standards of practice, and to act as a resource for day-to-day operations and patient care needs.

This position will collaborate with the Vice President of Clinical Services on project planning, education of the IDG Teams related to policy and procedure, clinical process changes, new regulatory requirements, and accepted standards of practice.
