Job description
The HRIS Data Analyst is a senior individual contributor role within the HRIS function, responsible for delivering advanced reporting, analytics, and data visualizations using the UKG platform. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and the HRIS team to translate complex business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions, dashboards, and actionable insights. This position requires strong HR domain knowledge, deep analytical expertise, and hands-on experience with UKG reporting tools, including IBM Cognos Analytics and Power BI. The analyst operates independently, owning complex reporting solutions while supporting strategic HR decision-making across the organization.
