Job description
The Director of Inventory Control – West Region will own the strategic direction and operational execution of inventory control across various large-scale retail fulfillment centers processing furniture inventory. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring monthly travel across the West Coast to drive compliance, inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is a proven operator with deep expertise in multi-site inventory management who leads from the floor, not behind a desk.
