- JD / RESPONSIBILITY PRIMARY (Day to Day Activities) -Sourcing on Junior / Mid level profiles. -JD for recruitment to be Collected from concern HOD & Directors -Recruitment End to end (Sourcing/Screening/Interview Schedule) -Data fill in smart office application in details- All personal/Official Information of Application -Coordination with HOD/ Candidates -Day to day update Interview Schdule Report & interview Status report -After Selection Process
- Email to candidates for Credentials -After Selection Process
- Take CTC Structure from Sr. HR & then take approval on CTC from concern Directors. -Assist to Jyotee/Pandey Sir / Sr Recruiter SECONDARY (Weekly/Monthly Activities) -Submission of Interview Schedule / Interview Status / Hot Job Posting / Current Requirement Reports weekly to Varun Sir .
