Outreach Specialist (Part-Time)

The Part-Time Outreach Specialist is a position within the Philadelphia Hepatitis Outreach Project (PHOP). This individual will conduct street and venue outreach throughout Philadelphia in targeted communities in partnership with other members of the HCV Street Outreach team. The focus will be on areas where there is a high level of drug trafficking and other high-risk activity to identify substance-involved women and/or men at risk for viral Hepatitis and HIV/AIDS.

The main responsibility of this position is to identify and address barriers to sustained HCV treatment adherence through education, screening, behavioral health service, and linkage to treatment for individuals throughout the city of Philadelphia.
