Saddleroom Grill - Chef De Partie

Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation’s Food & Beverage team is seeking a Chef de Partie in the Saddleroom Grill. As a Chef de Partie you will report to the Saddleroom Grill Chef, and will be responsible for tasks that focus on the day to day activities in the Kitchen. Assisting Sous Chef’s and Chef’s in all areas of the kitchen including food production waste control, standards and kitchen sanitation.
