Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Global Delivery Program Manager to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will lead and directly manage a team of Enterprise Program Managers responsible for delivering results across large, complex global and enterprise accounts.
You will provide strategic direction, governance, coaching, and performance management to ensure consistent execution, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and account growth. You will partner with regional and executive leadership to scale programs effectively, resolve escalations, and continuously improve delivery maturity across the enterprise portfolio.
