Project Manager (Colorado Springs, CO) Job Title: Project Manager Location: Colorado Springs, CO Employment Type: Contract (C2C / W2) Duration: 12 months Experience Required: 10+ Years Project Scope: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support multiple simultaneous technology projects. The ideal candidate will manage project activities following established project management practices and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Perform project management activities for multiple concurrent projects following established CSU Technology Project Management processes and practices. Collaborate with project sponsors and operating departments to define project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements. Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities and facilitating team collaboration.

Develop and maintain project documentation including: Project charters Scope statements Project plans and schedules Cost estimates Requirements documentation Technical specifications Status reports Project closure documentation Lessons learned reports Track, monitor, analyze, and report on project cost, schedule, and scope performance.

Ensure timely completion of project activities and efficient use of project resources. Identify, assess, track, and resolve project risks and critical issues. Prepare and deliver both formal and informal project communications. Ensure projects comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and company policies.

Required Skills

& Experience:

• PMP Certification (Required)
• Strong project management experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly acquire technical knowledge.
