Job description

  • To perform Cards & Unsecured Lending exception case by channel request, including static data change.
  • To perform card re-issue , cash advance PIN generation and mailing.
  • To perform Cards & Unsecured Lending related DDA utility, autopay setup processes.
  • Communicate with outside vendors for card embossing / reconciliation .
  • Support Cards & Unsecured Lending end2end UAT testing, LV, data verification and result validation before project go liv. Location: Dehui 9F Job: Operations Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
