Director, Referral/Family Services Program

Primary responsibility is to work within established Life. Link Foundation, OPO, and regulating agency policies and protocols to direct the resources available to produce successful recovery of organs and tissue for transplantation. This position directly manages and trains RC/FCC/DFS staff, as appropriate under the direction of the Associate Executive Director (AED) and maintains an ongoing open line of communication with the Director of Recovery Services (DRS), Administrator on Call (AOC), and the OPO Director(s), as appropriate.
