Now Sales & Marketing Supp Contingent (w/m/d) Hauptaufgaben Telefonische Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen von Kunden Analyse und Behebung von Produkt-, System- und Anwendungsproblemen Unterstützung bei der Fehlerdiagnose per Telefon Dokumentation von Supportfällen, Ursachenanalysen und Lösungen in den relevanten Systemen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Qualitäts- und regulatorischer Anforderungen Beratung von Kunden, Händlern, Distributoren und Vertriebsmitarbeitern bei der Beantwortung produktbezogener Fragen, der Klärung von Anliegen sowie der Lösung produktbezogener Probleme.

Übernahme einer Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Vertriebsmitarbeitern und technischem Fachpersonal zur Sicherstellung eines effektiven Informationsaustauschs und einer reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit. Fachliche Qualifikationen Erfahrung im telefonischen Kundenservice Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Produkten, Systemen oder Softwarelösungen Gute Kenntnisse in Fehleranalyse und strukturiertem Troubleshooting Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-, Ticket- oder ERP-Systemen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Persönliche Kompetenzen Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung Selbstständigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein Belastbarkeit und lösungsorientiertes Handeln auch in zeitkritischen Situationen Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
