JOB SUMMARY
IHCS is investing heavily in building and maintaining an agentic digital workforce — AI systems that augment the key internal roles involved in our core business of coordinated home care benefits management. We already have several early-stage implementations of these workforce agents in production and in development, and we're ready to scale that work into a coordinated, well-engineered program.
