·Sets up the assigned dining areas. ·Ensures all meals are served on time with all items in place. ·Ensures food is served at correct temperatures. ·Ensures all elders are feed a nutritional diet that meets their specific dietary needs. ·Serves both elders and associates in a friendly respectful manner at all times. ·Helps other associates take care of the elders. ·Ensures the elders enjoy their dinning experience. ·Ensures all sanitation standards are in compliance. ·Uses the dish machine and the pots & pans properly.
