Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager (Smart Construction Site)

Responsibilities

• Plan and Lead a team for project implementation• Create and establish innovative construction methods or product for digitalization.• Collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.• Oversee project delivery and team performance to ensure effective execution.• Coordinate and prepare master programs or working schedules.• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors regarding contract implementation and operational details.• Identify and resolve potential implementation and operational issues, coordinating across various trades.• Manage a range of IoT devices, including sensors, RFID hardware, embedded controllers, and data transmission modules.• Participate in demonstrations, trial runs, and commissioning with clients.• Prepare progress reports and submission schedules.• Ensure compliance with statutory and licensing requirements, such as SSSS, DWSS, EDMS, etc.

Requirements

Degree holder or above in Civil Engineering, Building Services, CS, ECE, or related disciplines.• Chartered Membership of HKIE, ICE, HKIS or RPE is preferable.• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in major civil or building projects.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Enthusiasm for high-tech and construction industries.• Ability to work under pressure and independently.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
