Sr. Mortgage Loan Processor

Ensures the timely and accurate processing of conventional and federal and/or state government-sponsored mortgage applications to include processing and Underwriting SONYMA loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Review Retail, Consumer, Wholesale and SONYMA files prior to closing ensuring accuracy of documents and outstanding conditions while interacting with staff, Mortgage Consultants, Attorneys and Brokers to assist in a timely closing.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000-$80,000/Annually.
