Make a real impact In this dynamic environment, we are looking for ambitious and self-driven Experienced Professionals to join our high-performing Deals & Strategy Transaction Services team. You’ll collaborate with top-tier dealmakers, contribute to high-profile strategic projects, and gain hands-on exposure to a variety of industries - all while solving impactful challenges that push boundaries and drive real business transformation.

Explore the exciting opportunities within Deals & Strategy. Transaction Services: We are one of the leading providers of M&A and transaction support services in Greece. The Deals & Strategy Transaction Services team works side-by-side with senior members of our clients’ teams to create tangible and sustainable value from their M&A transactions and offers comprehensive support throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Our services include financial / business due diligence services, advising clients in their negotiations on the financial aspects of share purchase agreements, reviewing completion accounts to safeguard value and conducting special purpose assignments ( e.g. deal analytics and data - driven insights, vendor assistance ).

We help clients assess the financial health and potential risks or opportunities of target companies, ensuring informed decision-making. At Deals & Strategy Transaction Services you will have the opportunity to work on high - profile M&A transactions, increase your visibility to senior members of our clients’ management teams and build lasting relationships as their trusted advisor.

You will also become part of a high achieving, collaborative team which focuses on knowledge sharing, thought leadership and the continuous development of its people through internal and external training and upskilling courses. As part of our team, you will: Review business, financial and other information ( f inancial s tatements, Industry Reports, t easers , i nformation m emoranda , VDD/VA reports etc.)

and analys e key business drivers; Leverag e existing technologies and new data analysis tools (Alteryx, Power Queries / Power Pivot, Power BI , AI tools , other in-house tools ) to prepare meaningful quantitative and financial analyses that identify key business risks and upsides; Leverag e our integrated Due Diligence offering to collaborate with cross- LoS teams , drive innovation and increase your brand eminence across Deals & Strategy , Tax, Legal and Advisory; Participat e in cross - border projects and trainings programmes , expand ing your professional network at an international level ; Work with a diverse client base consisting primarily of large Greek and m ultinational corporates, domestic and foreign p rivate e quity funds, b anks and financial investors ; Interact with C-suite executives, gaining valuable experience in communication and relationship management ; Conduct interviews with c lient and t arget management to understand how businesses operate , how transactions are reflected in financials and the ir effect on b usiness valuation for transaction purposes; Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues, becoming part of their developmental journey and providing constructive feedback ; Incorporat e findings and conclusions i nto a key - issues e xecutive r eport delivered and presented to c lients; Undertak e targeted market research on specific industries, companies and / or regulatory developments relevant to the client / project at hand ; Contribute to marketing materials , proposals, presentations and pitch books , as well as internal initiatives that help our team differentiate and grow further.

What you bring matters 2-5 years of relevant working experience in s tatutory a udit a nd a greed -u pon p rocedures engagements , f inancial p lanning and a nalysis , management reporting or a ccounting positions ; prior experience in transaction services (buy or sell-side financial due diligence, SPA advice and review of c ompletion a ccounts) and b usiness p lan reviews will be considered an asset; Excellent academic records from a top-tier Greek or international university ( Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree) with a background in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, Mathematics, Engineering, Management Science & Technology, Business Administration or relevant discipline ; Strong analytical and commercial acumen with s olid understanding of applicable accounting and reporting standards ( e.

g. IFRS, Greek GAAP) , technical accounting skills ( e.g. consolidations, mapping TBs to f inancial s tatements, a ccounts closing procedures, key business cycles) , f inancial r eporting, b udgeting and b usiness plan review processes; Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and in Greek , combined with a client-centric mindset offering advice and support from deal initiation through to completion; Commercial focus and genuine interest in understanding deal transactions and their unique value drivers; Collaborative, innovative and s elf-motivated mindset with willingness to invest in your personal development and professional growth and drive upskilling initiatives as part of our digital transformation journey and to embrace new challenges and technological tools (incl.

AI); Proactive problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to reimagine the possible , combined with a confident “can do” attitude; Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships ; Willingness to study towards acquiring a high-profile professional qualification ( e.g. ACCA, ACA, CFA) .
