Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager leads the planning, execution, and oversight of mechanical maintenance for all terminal equipment during night shift operations. This role is responsible ensuring equipment reliability, operational readiness, safety compliance, cost-effective maintenance execution through effective leadership of maintenance personnel, coordination with operations, and disciplined work management practices.

The Maintenance Manager utilizes IBM Maximo and other maintenance and safety software systems to plan, prioritize, assign, and track preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The successful candidate will be a hands-on maintenance leader capable of stepping into a fast-paced, unionized terminal environment and driving maintenance performance across a multi-shift operation.
