David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Account Manager to join their team in Greece. Position: Account Manager Location: Athens, Greece Work model: on-site (hybrid 3/2 after 6 mo probation period, performance based) Employment type: Full-time DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage relationships with new and existing business customers for a leading e-commerce platform Support onboarding and registration of small-to-medium and high-cap business accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers through phone and email communication Conduct outbound outreach and follow-up activities to drive account activation and engagement Support initial account setup and guide customers through platform features and services Promote feature adoption and encourage increased platform usage and customer spend Identify business opportunities and contribute to account growth and retention Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline updates within internal systems Work towards individual sales, account activation, and productivity targets Collaborate closely with internal teams within a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Native or near-native level in German, with fluency in English (minimum B2 level) Previous experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or Business Development is considered a strong advantage Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Target-driven mindset with ability to work towards KPIs and performance goals Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude Ability to create business opportunities and maintain long-term customer relationships Team player with ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment Comfortable working in outbound communication and customer-facing environment.
