- ** Optimize for Growth: ** Proactively identify product gaps and generate actionable growth ideas to expand market share, reduce friction, and elevate the customer experience.
- ** Execute with Precision: ** Transform high-level concepts into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes; prioritize your backlog based on high-impact business outcomes and customer value.
- ** Collaborate for Success: ** Partner seamlessly with engineering squads to ensure optimal resource allocation and a fast, reliable time-to-market.

** What You Bring **
- ** Domain Expertise: ** Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Product Manager within the iGaming/Gambling industry.
- ** Regulatory Knowledge: ** Solid, direct experience navigating Chilean iGaming regulations and compliance frameworks.
- ** Technical & Analytical Rigor: ** A technical background with hands-on experience in web technologies, coupled with strong proficiency in data analytics, competitive intelligence, and market trend analysis.
- ** Lifecycle Management: ** A proven track record of managing products through the entire lifecycle—from initial discovery and development to post-launch optimization.
- ** Collaborative Mindset: ** Strong problem-solving abilities and a flexible approach; you excel at working within matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
