Fleet Outage Manager - Shawville Generating

NAES Corporation is seeking a Fleet Outage Manager based at Shawville Generating Station to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance outages across the Heritage Project fleet.

The Heritage Project includes 16 power generation facilities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ohio. These sites feature a diverse fleet of combined-cycle units, dual-fuel turbines, and subcritical boilers supporting natural gas, oil, and gas-fired generation, delivering safe, reliable, and efficient power throughout the region.

This position offers an annual base salary ranging from $128,500 to $150,000 and includes eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
