Job description
The Quality Assurance Technician will operate scales, verify that product samples fall within specified ranges, and record data on paper and the computer system(s). Observes employees and confirms compliance with safe food handling practices while monitoring HACCP documentation to confirm compliance with the HACCP plan. Available opening is on 2nd shift, from 5:19pm to 2:19am*
