Civil Engineering Team Leader, Water/Wastewater: Halff has an opening for a Team Leader in Little Rock, AR. The ideal candidate will bring civil engineering experience with a focus on Water/Wastewater in the consulting industry &/or working with, or for, public sector clients. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.

15 years of experience to support Water/Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline & facility design, & planning. Water/Wastewater System planning & design. The successful candidate should have experience managing Water/Wastewater Utility projects or coordinating tasks of moderate size & complexity, make decisions independently & resolve complex problems.

Demonstrated experience in business development, project delivery, & team/resource management.
