The Banquet Manager will oversee banquet operations, ensuring seamless event execution, client satisfaction, and efficient coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end banquet operations and event execution. Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations Supervise banquet staff and ensure smooth event flow. Coordinate with kitchen, vendors, and support teams Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction Monitor budgets, costs, and operational efficiency Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution during events Requirements 6+ years of experience in banquet/event management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and client handling abilities Experience in managing large-scale events and operations Ability to multitask and work under pressure
